SuperScrape mats feature molded tread surface cleats that effectively scrape tough dirt and grime from shoes. They are ideal for use outside as a scraper mat or as a slip-resistant mat in wet areas.

Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

         Dry 0.85

SuperScrape mats can be cleaned in several different ways.

  • Commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
  • Sterilized in an autoclave
  • Washed by hand using the following instructions:  Scrub with a deck brush (as needed), using a detergent with a neutral pH.  Rinse with a hose or pressure washer.  Hang to dry.

Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.



SuperScrape mats can be commercially laundered periodically to remove soil.  The formula below does not require extensive mechanical action or drying.

  1. Flush 2-3 minutes, high water level, cold
  2. Break 5-10 minutes, high water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
  3. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
  4. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
  5. Drain 2 minutes
  6. Rotate wash well with drain valve in open position to allow excess water to drain off mats.
  7. Lay mats flat following removal from washer.  Allow to cool before rolling.
